LANDLORD
Open the map and every real place around you has a price on it. Start with $25,000, buy a vending machine tonight, and take the corner before your neighbour does — with real mortgages, real rent, and one owner per building, forever.
How to play
The game opens where you are standing, puts a price on the corner, and lets you own something on day one.
Real streets, real places. Every shop, block and corner near you carries a price and a rent, and the ones nobody owns are still open.
A vending machine costs $3,000 and is yours outright. A building needs a mortgage — and the bank looks at what you already own before it says yes.
One real day is one game month. Collect the rent, gain XP, and level up. The loan pays itself on schedule, so your record keeps building even on the days you don't open the app.
One owner per building, forever. Reach the good block first and it's yours for good — or win it at the daily auction when it comes up.
Inside the game
Every number you see is one the game actually computes — real balances, real rent, and progress you can trace line by line.

Cash, uncollected rent, coins, XP and exactly what to do next. The game always names your next move.

Prices on real corners, a pin where you're standing, and the ones already taken labelled with the player who got there first.

Each one hands you a new way to play. Earned by playing, never sold.
Under the hood
Loans fully amortize over 360 months. Tax is charged on profit after interest — the real rule, and why a heavily financed building owes almost none.
Every statement names each subtraction between gross rent and cash flow, then reports what the property actually returns. If you already know that tax rule is right, you know how the rest of this is built. If you don't, you will by about level 4.
The climb
Your opening $25,000 buys a machine inside somebody else's building — and it starts earning the day you put it there. Every rung pays for the one above it.
Every rung earns while you're standing on it. Your first building is about seven weeks of daily play away — a measured number, not a marketing one.
The clock
A thirty-year mortgage runs for one year of real time. Check in for a minute and you're current: your properties keep earning and the loan keeps paying itself while you're away.
Multiplayer
You bid against them at auction — and you can sell to them, too.
Five nearby places rotate daily, chosen so everyone standing on the same street sees the same contest. The reserve sits below market, so patience can win you a building for well under the asking price.
List at any number and another player can buy. The building crosses over as it stands and your mortgage is paid from the proceeds — but the buyer still has to be underwritten.
Buildings are exclusive by registry. Whoever reaches the corner first owns the corner — for good. Being early on your own street is worth something real.
Every building you add still grows the total — just by a little less than the one before. The field stays close, so your street is worth playing whoever got there first.
Fairness
Coins come from conduct. Buying your first property. Clearing a loan in full. A whole year without a missed payment.
They buy the permanent upgrades: more portfolio slots, a better rate at the bank, training for your staff. Because they're earned rather than bought, the same ladder is open to every player, whoever happens to be ahead on cash this month.
Be early where it counts
Buildings are exclusive. Whoever's there first owns the corner. Tell us where you play and we'll tell you the moment it opens near you.
One email, on the day it opens near you. Your city tells us where there are enough neighbours to make auctions worth playing — that's the whole reason we ask.
